Ari Brown
Ari Brown brings over two decades of operational leadership across
healthcare, nonprofit, and consumer industries. As COO of a large
nonprofit for a decade, Ari oversaw operations at an organizational
level before going on to found Polaris Teen Center — a behavioral
health organization he scaled to 60+ staff, three locations, and over
$55 million in revenue over 11 years. He has since transitioned into
consulting, working across industries including consumer and streetwear
manufacturing.
Today, Ari works with founders and growing companies to build the
operational infrastructure that lets them focus on what they do best.
Having built and run organizations himself, he understands the weight
of the founder role — and brings the experience to take the
operational burden off their plate so the business can grow.
